How can I find out if your classes are right for me?

Sit in on one FREE. We encourage everyone to observe a class prior to purchase.

What are your hours of operation?

The office is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm EST. Our classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 10pm EST and on Saturdays from 10am – 2pm EST.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most forms of payment including; Cash, Check, Money Order, PayPal, and all major Credit Cards. All of our online payment options are safe and secure. Our credit card payments are securely processed by Authoize.net.

Are there other ways to make purchases other than online?

Yes. You can order by phone, fax, and mail too.

Can I make payments?

Yes, for our training programs only. You will need to contact us to make payment arrangements prior to registering.

Exam Preparation

What exams do you prepare students for?

Any National Electrical Code® based exam for inspectors, masters, and journeyman. Exams our program can prepare you for include, but are not limited to; PSI, ICC, ProV, and Local & State Licensing Boards.

Do you give the electrical exams for licenses and certification?

We don’t give the exams, but we will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to pass an electrical exam.

When does the next class start?

You can start immediately. We have a continual class rotation all year round.

Can I take the classes if I’m just starting out?

Yes. Our program is ideal for anyone that is looking to prepare for an exam or wants to expand their knowledge of the code.

How long does the exam prep program take to complete?

The program is 60 hours in total divided into (15) 4 hours sections. Completion time depends on your availability to attend classes. The entire program can be completed in as little as 5 weeks.

Do you offer refresher courses for those who just need some brush up?

Yes. All of our sections are offered as stand alone classes. You can just purchase the areas that you need.

Students

What if I have a question outside of class?

There are a few options; You could post the question in our forum, email us your question, or you can call us if you need an answer right away. We prefer that everyone uses the forum to get questions answered, so others can benefit from the discussion too.

If I miss a class, can I take it another time?

Yes. Our schedule was designed with busy schedules in mind. You can take them more than once too.

How can I retrieve my practice exam login information?

Send us an email and we’ll resend you the information.

How can I take the same practice exam over?

We have to reset your score before you can retake a quiz. This allows us to see how you did and assess any trouble areas.

How will I know when I’m ready to take an exam?

We’ll let you know. We analyze your speed and proficiency from your practice exams to make sure you are where you need to be.
